Please be advised that your deposit is also your bond in case of any damages to our property during your booking.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the booking [email, text, phone call], will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 30 – 60 days will incur a 50% fee from the deposit. All cancellations made within 30 days of the booking are 100% non-refundable.
